GhostLine · every sales call, graded

You record every call. Nobody listens to them.

The phone is the one channel where a hot buyer reaches a human and the whole thing vanishes — no record, no source, no idea how it was handled. GhostLine transcribes every sales call, scores what the caller actually wanted, and grades how your salesperson handled it — against the one behaviour that decides whether they book.

What it does

The phone call, finally on the record.

Not a dashboard of call volumes. What the caller wanted, how ready they were to buy, what your rep did with it, and which ones never got called back.

Transcribed, then read

Every recorded call is transcribed and read for what the caller actually wanted — the vehicle, the budget or financing, the trade, the objection they raised, and how urgent they sounded.

Buying intent, scored

A 0–100 intent score and a buying stage on every sales call. A vague “do you have any SUVs” and a named vehicle with financing talk are not the same lead, and they stop being filed as if they were.

Graded on what books appointments

Asking the caller to come in carries the most weight in the grade. Capturing the contact, qualifying the caller and booking follow. A real opportunity where nobody asked and nothing was booked is capped — however pleasant the call was.

The callers nobody called back

Reached for sales, never got a salesperson — told to call back, sent to voicemail, or hung up waiting on a transfer. Surfaced as recoverable leads instead of disappearing into the call log.

A report card you can hand over

A weekly card per rooftop and per rep, built for the manager running the coaching conversation. Rep averages only appear once there are enough calls to mean anything — one bad Tuesday is not a trend.

Followed to the sale

Callers tied through to what they bought — close rate, average days to sign, and the ready buyers who were never booked. The phone stops being the one channel you cannot measure.

One prerequisite: your phone system has to be recording the calls. GhostLine reads the recordings you already have — it is not a phone system and does not capture anything itself. Most stores are already recording and have never listened back; if yours is not, switching it on with your phone provider is the first step, and GhostLine can start on the calls from the day it is turned on.

The grade

A number a manager can actually coach from.

The score is not the model's opinion of the call. It is computed from the behaviours the AI heard, in one place, so it means the same thing on every call and cannot drift between the app and the report.

BehaviourWeight
Asked for the appointment30 pts
Captured the contact20 pts
Qualified the caller20 pts
Booked the visit20 pts
Addressed the objection10 pts

Two deliberate choices sit behind that table. Service calls, wrong numbers and vendor calls are left ungraded — routing them well is real work, but scoring it as sales handling flattens the scorecard and hides what to coach. And being courteous earns nothing: near enough every rep passes it, so it separates nobody — though a genuine red flag still costs.
